I recently had an unpleasant encounter with the Agoda's Turkey branch, as they did not even provide a phone number. I soon discovered a phone number from the facility, but there was no chance to speak with anyone in Turkish, requiring me to resolve my issue in English. While I did my best, I failed to understand the representative's strong accent, making the issue even more challenging. I feel that if you work in customer service, you should communicate clearly and easily with the customer. Based on my experience, I would not suggest this service to Turkish customers unless they are willing to communicate entirely in English.
