I Booked Twice on Agoda but Hotel Only Sees One Reservation
I made two separate reservations on Agoda for the same hotel, but when I arrived, the hotel could only find one booking in their system. They checked thoroughly using every method available but confirmed that the second reservation simply doesn’t exist in their records. This has caused a serious issue for my stay, especially since I had already paid for both bookings in advance.
To make matters worse, Agoda is completely unreachable. There’s no customer service number in Turkey, no local support, and no email address where I can get help. The only contact option available is an international phone line, which I’m unable to call from my current location.
It’s incredibly frustrating to be left in limbo with no clear path for resolution and no one taking responsibility. Agoda, if you're going to operate globally, you need to offer proper localized customer support.
