Delonghi Plus Coffee Machine Turns On and Off by Itself

I purchased a De'Longhi Plus coffee machine from the Fakir store at Mall of Istanbul Shopping Mall about 7–8 months ago. Although I bought the product on 02.12.2025, it suddenly started making noises on its own today, and when I checked it, I noticed that it was automatically turning itself on and off without any input. To understand the problem, I searched online and on social media and found that many other users have experienced the exact same fault. A defect like this appearing in such a short time, especially one that seems to occur so frequently, has made me regret choosing the De'Longhi brand and has seriously damaged my trust in it. Since I believe this issue may also pose a safety risk, I am requesting a refund based on the product's current selling price. Given the large number of similar complaints, I ask that my case be taken seriously and thoroughly investigated before I am directed to an authorized service center, and that my grievance be resolved appropriately.
