J&T Delayed Compensation After Warehouse Received Correct Parcel
I used J&T’s service for a parcel and they initially sent the wrong parcel to the warehouse. Because of this mistake, I personally sent the correct original parcel to the J&T warehouse, which they received on 30/06/2026. According to the information and confirmation I have from J&T, I am supposed to receive a cash amount of RM49.81. However, it has already been about 7 working days since the correct parcel was delivered to the warehouse and I still have not received the RM49.81 that is owed to me. This delay is causing me inconvenience and I am disappointed that the issue has not been resolved despite J&T’s earlier confirmation. I request that J&T urgently processes and pays the RM49.81 to me without any further delay, and that they clearly inform me about the status and payment date. They can contact me by email or via WhatsApp to provide an update and confirm when the payment will be made.
