Requesting Review Over Misinterpretation - Umingle

July 11 4:13 AM2

My Umingle account was suddenly suspended in June while I was actively chatting, and I believe this happened due to a misunderstanding of my message. I was in the middle of a normal conversation and shared a short piece of poetry. Right after I sent it, I was kicked out of the chat and could no longer access my account. There was no clear explanation or chance given to clarify what I had written. The poem I sent was: “you say you just want to help I tell you it will kill me but you want pleasure so much you'd murder this beauty just to obtain it.” This text was purely creative and artistic, expressing my thoughts about how people sometimes try to help but use the wrong tools or approach, and how that can damage something beautiful instead of protecting it. It was not a threat, not self‑harm content, and not directed at any specific person; it was simply a piece of writing with symbolic meaning. After this, when I tried to log back in, I saw a “You are banned” screen stating that the reason was “Explicit messages” and showing a Ban ID of 5f3db74a. On the same screen, Umingle offers to remove the ban for 9.99 USD using different payment methods such as Google Pay, card or PayPal. I strongly disagree that my poetry message is explicit content, and I find it unfair that I am being asked to pay to remove a ban that I believe is based on an automated misclassification. Since that moment a week or two ago in June, my account has remained suspended, and I have not been able to return to my conversations or use the platform. I have not yet been able to reach support directly, so I am explaining the situation in detail here to request a fair review. I kindly ask Umingle to manually review the chat that led to this suspension, evaluate the poem in its proper artistic context, and reinstate my account without requiring any payment. If possible, I would also appreciate an explanation of what part of the text triggered the suspension so I can avoid similar misunderstandings in the future. My main expectation is for my account to be reactivated and for this situation, which I believe is a false positive by the automated moderation system, to be corrected.
