Agoda Refund Not Processed After Cancellation – No Customer Support!
I canceled a reservation I made through Agoda and was informed by their virtual assistant that the refund had been processed and would appear in my account depending on my bank. However, after contacting my bank, I was told that no refund had been received, and they advised me to resolve the issue with Agoda directly.
The biggest frustration is that Agoda lacks Turkish customer service, making it impossible to communicate effectively. I’m stuck between the company and the bank, with no resolution in sight. This lack of support and transparency is unacceptable. I demand immediate clarification and a prompt refund. Please assist in resolving this issue as soon as possible, and confirm the refund has been processed correctly.
