Agoda Charged for a Closed Hotel – Unable to Resolve Issue

I booked a hotel through Agoda (reservation number 1456896248) and made the full payment, only to arrive at the location and find the hotel completely closed. The doors were locked, and even the hotel's phone number is disconnected. I took photos of the site to prove the situation if needed. Adding to the frustration, Agoda does not offer Turkish customer support, and I am unable to communicate effectively in English to resolve the issue. This has left me stranded and deeply dissatisfied. I urgently request Agoda to address my grievance, provide a refund, and offer proper support channels for Turkish-speaking customers to prevent others from facing similar problems.
