I Paid Agoda for My Hotel Booking But the Hotel Won’t Accept My Reservation
I’m writing to express my extreme frustration with a recent hotel reservation I made through Agoda. Although I paid in full for my stay, the hotel refuses to honor the booking. When I contacted Agoda, they told me to speak with the hotel. When I reached out to the hotel, they told me to contact Agoda. I’m caught in the middle of this blame game, with no service delivered despite my payment being processed.
To make matters worse, Agoda doesn’t have a customer support phone number or local representative in Turkey, making it impossible to resolve the issue in a timely manner. I am left stranded with no room, no help, and no resolution. I demand urgent action from Agoda to either honor the reservation or provide a full refund.
It is unacceptable that customers are left helpless like this after paying for a service. Agoda must take responsibility and ensure travelers are not subjected to such confusion and loss.
