Agoda Charged for Reservation at Closed Hotel – No Support or Refund
We booked a hotel through Agoda (reservation number 1414493592), only to arrive and find the hotel closed, with no way to contact them as the hotel’s phone is disconnected. I took photos of the closed facility as proof. Agoda’s lack of a Turkish support line makes resolving this incredibly difficult, and even finding an English-speaking representative has been impossible. We need Agoda to provide a solution immediately. This level of support is unacceptable, especially when they charge for bookings at non-operational hotels.

I am very grateful to the brand. They don't have Turkish communication, but when I connected to a call center via phone and explained our English lesson, they helped and issued a refund once I sent my evidence. However, the main culprit is the Bursa Thermal Kervansaray Hotel, which is listed as open for reservations on all sites even though it is closed. Agoda is not at fault at all.
