I Paid Agoda for My Hotel Booking But the Hotel Won’t Accept My Reservation


I made a one-night reservation on Agoda for a single person from 12.04.2023 to 15.04.2023. I paid the non-refundable fee and then called the hotel to confirm the reservation. They stated that they could not accept me to the hotel, that I would have to pay the additional fee, that they would not accept me through Agoda, and that I appeared to have made a reservation from the Arab Emirates. However, I marked the place of residence as Türkiye during the reservation. The hotel does not accept Agoda, where I can make a reservation and pay from Turkey, and they charge me an additional 400 TL. This issue must be resolved as soon as possible. I want a refund, and I want my complaint resolved.
