Agoda Shows My Booking as Confirmed but Hotel Didn’t Approve It

I booked a hotel in Istanbul through Agoda for April 19–22, and my reservation shows as confirmed on the Agoda platform. However, when I reached out to the hotel, they informed me that they never approved or confirmed the booking. This has left me without a place to stay, and to make matters worse, I haven’t been able to get a refund.
I’ve tried contacting Agoda’s customer service via WhatsApp, but no one responds. This experience has caused enormous stress, especially while I’m traveling. I trusted Agoda for a seamless booking process, and now I’m dealing with an unconfirmed stay and no support.
Agoda, I demand a full refund immediately and a formal explanation. Your failure to confirm the reservation properly and your lack of customer service is completely unacceptable. Take responsibility and resolve this now.
