Agoda Hotel Reservation Price Discrepancy

On December 17, 2024, I booked a hotel through Agoda for a stay from December 31, 2024, to January 1, 2025. At the time of booking, the price was listed as 1,100₺. However, the hotel now claims the price is 3,600₺ and canceled the reservation when prices increased, leaving me stranded.

This situation has caused significant inconvenience as both Agoda and the hotel have failed to honor the booking terms. The lack of customer support from Agoda in Turkey makes this even more frustrating.

I demand a resolution for this issue, including honoring the original booking price or providing an alternative solution immediately. Such unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and I expect prompt action to address this matter.
