Adobe Charged Me After I Canceled My Free Photoshop Trial

70

I started a one-week free trial subscription for Adobe’s Photoshop product. I used the software for only one day and, because I was not satisfied, I canceled my subscription before the trial period ended. Despite canceling within the free trial period, I was charged $22 today for the Photoshop Pro version. Even though I canceled on time, this amount was still deducted from my card, which has caused me inconvenience. The email address linked to my Adobe account is a**********@gmail.com**. I tried to contact Adobe’s support team regarding this issue, but I was unable to reach any authorized representative, and my problem has not been resolved. I request that the $22 charged to my account despite canceling during the free trial be fully refunded to me and that my subscription be completely terminated.
