Adobe Charged After Free Trial – How to Cancel Without Penalty

I started the Adobe Creative Cloud trial as a student, intending to use it only once and for a short time. I believed I had canceled my subscription at the end of the trial period, but a few days ago I noticed a ₺717.60 charge on my credit card statement.
When I tried to cancel my membership, I was informed on the website that I would need to pay an additional fee equal to half of a 10-month subscription in order to cancel.

, and I originally subscribed on September 24, 2025, using a credit card. I only intended to use the service temporarily for student-related purposes. I have not yet contacted Adobe customer service about this issue.
I request that my subscription be canceled free of charge, without any additional penalties, and that the ₺717.60 already charged be fully refunded to me.
