I started a free trial of the Adobe Stock annual plan (10 images per month) on September 14, 2025. Although my trial period has not yet expired — I still have about 20 days remaining — when I attempt to cancel, the Adobe website asks for a ₺2,100 cancellation fee.
So far, no payment has been made, and no charges appear on my account. My subscription is registered under the email a*************@gmail.com**, and my order number is AE03624401958CTR.
I have been unable to reach customer service, and this is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue. I request that my Adobe Stock subscription be canceled immediately, before the free trial ends, and that no charges or penalties be applied.
