Adobe Charged Me $14 After Trial, Then Suspended My Account

16

After using the free trial versions of Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro, my trial ended and $14 USD was charged to my credit card, starting my subscription. However, despite making the payment, as of yesterday, when I try to open either application, I receive the message: “Your account has been suspended.” I have not received any notification or email regarding my account. I tried contacting customer service, but I could only access English support and my issue was not resolved.

My registered email address is r*******@gmail.com. I have my payment and order details available. I request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible, that my account be reactivated, and that the time I was unable to use the apps be compensated.

I would also like to note that the issue occurs on my Windows computer and with both applications in the same way.
