Adobe Charged Before Free Trial Ended – How to Get Refund

On October 5, 2025, I started a free trial of Adobe Premiere Pro. However, before my trial period had even ended, an amount of ₺1,267 was charged to my account under “Adobe.com Saggart”. I still had four days remaining in my trial, and this charge was made without any notification or my consent, which I find unacceptable.

The payment was made through my Kuveyt Türk credit card via an online transaction. I attempted to contact Adobe customer service three separate times, but each time the agent left the chat without providing any assistance or solution.

As of now, my trial period is still active, and I have also canceled another program subscription that was mistakenly activated last night. However, I request a refund of the ₺1,267 that was charged during my active trial period. I also expect an official explanation as to whether this amount was charged before or after the trial period actually started.

I urgently request clarification and a full refund for this unauthorized charge.
