My Adidas Online Store Refund Battle Continues



I bought something from Adidas' online store seven months ago and had to return it due to poor quality. However, despite the passage of several months, I have yet to receive a refund for the returned item. Adidas appears to be making a frustrating lack of effort to resolve this issue. Every time I call, I get the impression that they are stalling rather than addressing the issue. It's disheartening to have such problems when dealing with a reputable company like Adidas. How can we have faith in secure online shopping experiences if we can't trust a brand like this? My experience calls into question not only the quality of Adidas' products but also their commitment to customer satisfaction and effective problem resolution.
