Adidas Warranty Denied for Premature Damage

63

My Adidas shoes, which were only 3 months old and had been meticulously maintained, developed a small tear near the front. After sending them in for warranty inspection, I waited 26 days for the shoes to be returned to me, labeled "user error." The problem is that the tear is not in a wear-prone area. Worse, many others have experienced the same issue. We invest in well-known brands like Adidas because we expect their products to meet high-quality standards. However, the outcome is heartbreaking. It is disappointing that a major brand such as Adidas will not stand behind its product. We have high hopes for the brand's integrity, especially after spending so much money. I implore them to properly address this issue and give it the attention it deserves. This experience has made me reconsider future purchases from them.
