I Still Haven’t Received My Refund for Defective Adidas Shoes After a Month
I bought a pair of Adidas shoes and was shocked to see them start falling apart after just three uses. The material showed noticeable wear and deformation almost immediately, so I contacted customer service and sent them in for an exchange.
Instead of replacing the shoes, Adidas decided to issue a refund—which I was fine with. But here’s the problem: it’s been over a month, and I still haven’t received my money back. Every time I contact them, they give me the runaround. At one point, they even claimed the refund had already been processed and told me to follow up with my bank. But when I spoke to my bank, they confirmed that no refund was ever issued.
This back-and-forth is unacceptable. Adidas sold me a defective product, refused to replace it, and now continues to delay refunding my money. I demand immediate action. Refund my money now and stop wasting my time. Customers should not have to chase down a global brand to get what they’re owed.
My refund was processed, thanks to Ms. Hilal from Adidas.
