Adidas Shoe's Inner Lining Torn in 7 Months

68

Seven months after buying a pair of Adidas sports shoes, the inner lining of one of the shoes has already torn. Despite the fact that the product was still under warranty for two years, the company refused to issue a refund or a replacement after I asked them to do so. It's a shame that Adidas doesn't stand behind their product like other companies do. Before going out and purchasing any Adidas shoes, I want everyone to be aware of this. I'll solve this problem by going through the Consumer Rights process.
