My New Adidas Sneakers Ripped Quickly, Brand Says It's On Me

I tried contacting the shop where I bought it, but they refused to help me because they said the problem wasn't with the product. This has made me doubt the reliability of a brand I had faith in, and it has left me feeling completely let down. The quick degradation of what appeared to be a long-lasting product calls into question Adidas' dedication to happy customers and the longevity of their footwear in general. I was hoping for a better experience with a well-respected brand, so it's disappointing to see such opposition to finding a solution. Because of this, I no longer have faith in Adidas and am wondering how dependable their products will be going forward.
