Adidas Order Cancelled but Refund Pending

I ordered a product from Adidas.com. Two minutes later, I canceled the transaction and purchased another product. While the payment for the canceled item should have been refunded to my card within 3 business days, no refund was processed. I've called customer service multiple times, receiving the same response: "We've forwarded it to the finance department; awaiting response." I paid for a service I didn't receive. My billing cycle has passed, and I've paid upfront for the order that wasn't cancelled. Now, I've had to resort to contacting Adidas for the refund. This situation doesn't reflect well on Adidas. I've escalated the issue to the Consumer Arbitration Board.
