A few weeks ago, I made a deposit on 1win, but the funds have yet to be credited to my account. When I contacted live support, they asked for the transaction time and receipt, which I promptly provided. They assured me the issue would be resolved within 1 to 7 days, and that I would receive an update via email. However, weeks have passed, and there has been no follow-up.

Each time I reach out to live support, the only response I get is "please wait." This level of service is unacceptable. I trusted 1win with my money, and yet I am still waiting for the funds to appear in my account. I demand an immediate resolution to this issue and proper communication from your team.

I wrote to your live support from the very first day, but you stalled me for months and finally sent a message saying the money hadn’t been deposited to the payment company. What more nonsense are you doing, months have passed, you’re holding onto the money, and then you ask what the problem was, as if you don’t know. I sent proof of everything, I even went to the bank, they said the money was sent to the other party, I came back and sent you a screenshot of that along with the receipt. But when I ask you, you say the money hasn’t arrived. I’m done with sites like yours.
