I deposited money into my 1win account, expecting it to be credited within a reasonable time. Instead, I was told to wait 24 hours, and when that time passed, they extended it to another 1-7 days with no explanation. As of now, my funds still have not been credited.
I’ve contacted live support multiple times, but they keep delaying the process, giving vague responses and no clear resolution. At this point, I can’t even deposit more funds, and I have no confidence that I’ll be able to withdraw anything either.
Had I read the numerous complaints about similar issues, I would have never trusted this site. I demand my deposit be credited immediately, or I will escalate this further.
