On September 6, 2025, I purchased a pair of pants for $49 from the Stradivarius store at Mersin Forum Mall. I was only able to wear them once, and I followed all usage and washing instructions carefully. After purchasing, I later noticed that the belt loops were partially torn, and after the first wash, the fabric between the thighs began to pill and fuzz, showing clear signs of premature wear and deformation.
I wanted to return the product, but I couldn’t reach the store because it’s currently under renovation. I’m requesting a refund for the defective item and that my issue be resolved promptly to compensate for this inconvenience.
