Sale Of Defective Mango Products

I noticed that the zipper of the dress I bought from the Mango Marmara Forum branch was bursting after I purchased it. There was no statement indicating that it was defective. When I went to the Mall of Mango branch to exchange it, I observed the same dress, in the same size, on sale again, but with a broken zipper. I couldn't find a replacement for the dress. Later, on September 7, 2023, when I didn't have the product I wanted to return with me, I coincidentally came across the same dress at the Mall of Mango branch and purchased it to return the defective product the next day. However, when I returned to the store the next day, they informed me that they couldn't process a refund because the chip on the card I used for payment was damaged. They didn't attempt to find a solution by contacting the bank or the company headquarters. I also spoke with the responsible manager of the Mall of Mango store, but they didn't support the consumer in this matter. Apart from selling the defective product and displaying it for sale in the store, they failed to retrieve the defective product due to the card issue, causing me to be victimized. I now have two identical products, one of which is faulty and cannot be returned. I would like to request that the store assist the consumer, accept the return of my product despite the card chip problem, and address the issue. Furthermore, I want to highlight that the relevant company is selling the defective product as if it were a regular item in both of their stores.
