Bought Nine West Bag in May, Fell Apart by July

In May 2025, I purchased a handbag from the Nine West store at Ankara Panora Mall. Within just two months, the handles began to detach, and the fabric surface showed serious wear and damage. I hardly used the bag during the summer—only a few times—after which these issues appeared.
In July, I informed the store manager about the situation with photos, and I was initially told that a replacement could be made. However, when I returned from vacation, I learned that the store manager had changed, and the new manager refused both my exchange and refund request.
Despite using the bag properly, such a defect appearing in such a short time has caused me significant inconvenience. I have message records of my communication with the manager and the purchase receipt (Transaction No: 75110013103519540007).
I request a refund for the defective product and ask that my grievance be resolved promptly.
