New Fissler Pressure Cooker Leaks Steam and Float Valve Won’t Work

On November 1, 2025, I purchased a brand-new Fissler Vitaquick pressure cooker set (3.5 L and 6 L) from the Gallery Crystal store in Ankara Kentpark Shopping Mall. My purchase was recorded on invoice number A142025000007245, and I paid a total of ₺17,513.99. The product is also covered under the responsibility of the company’s Istanbul central branch.
Although I have used the product very rarely since the first day, I have encountered the same problem every time I use it. When I touch a specific point on the lid while releasing gas, the steam output stops, the float valve that is supposed to rise does not lift, and the product’s normal operation is disrupted. When this happens, air leaks from areas on the lid, which I have also marked in the photos. This clearly shows that the product, and especially the lid, is defective.
I request that this defective pressure cooker, and in particular its faulty lid, be replaced with a new one and that a fault-free and safe lid be sent to me so that I can use the product again with confidence.
