Zara's Frustrating Return Policy


On June 6, 2023, I purchased an item from Zara. I originally purchased a Medium but exchanged it for a Large, which turned out to be too small for me as well. The issue is that I misplaced the receipt for the Large size item, and I'm now unable to make another exchange. I have the product's brand tag and barcode. When I contacted customer service, they redirected me to WhatsApp and gave me unhelpful responses. It's as if the item was purchased somewhere else. Isn't it true that they don't have electronic receipts in their system? Many other retailers allow exchanges without requiring a receipt. Insisting on the receipt only adds to the customer's frustration while providing no help. I'd like to exchange the product, please. Please provide the necessary assistance.
