Zara Has Not Refunded My Return and Claimed My Package Was Empty
I returned my item to Zara, which was sent on August 1, but I still have not gotten my refund. I attempted to contact customer relations, but they were impossible to reach. When the store eventually contacted me, the representative was quite disrespectful and claimed the item was empty. This was shocking because I had correctly returned the item. Zara accepted my return on November 24, 2022 and sent me an email requesting my bank account information. However, when I responded with the information, the email bounced back. I'm still waiting for my refund, and the entire process has been quite annoying. Zara should address this and improve their customer service.
