Tommy Hilfiger Shoes Started Peeling After Two Days

On May 17, I purchased a pair of Tommy Hilfiger shoes from the Kabara store at Ankara Gordion Mall. By the second day of wearing them, I noticed that the insole had already started peeling and lifting. A defect like this after such a short period of normal use is completely inconsistent with the quality I expected from this brand.
Because of the holiday, I was unable to return to the store immediately, so I brought the shoes in for inspection on May 31. After the inspection, I was informed that the damage was considered to be caused by user error, and my request for a replacement was denied. For a pair of shoes to deteriorate this badly in only about 10 days, I would have had to wear them day and night under extremely harsh conditions. In reality, they were used only for ordinary, everyday wear.
I paid ₺3,300 for these shoes, and I cannot accept that a product would fail so quickly and then have the responsibility shifted to me by labeling it as user damage. I believe the shoes are defective and request either a replacement or a full refund. I also ask that this matter be reviewed urgently and that an authorized representative contact me by phone to discuss my case. If this issue is not resolved, I intend to pursue my rights through the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
