Zara Sent an Item With Security Tag Still Attached—Terrible Customer Service
I recently placed a bulk order through the Zara app since I couldn’t visit the store in person. However, one of the item...s arrived with the security tag still attached. When I contacted customer service via WhatsApp, as the call center was unavailable, I informed them that I couldn’t visit the store.
