Zara Sent an Item With Security Tag Still Attached—Terrible Customer Service

I recently placed a bulk order through the Zara app since I couldn’t visit the store in person. However, one of the items arrived with the security tag still attached. When I contacted customer service via WhatsApp, as the call center was unavailable, I informed them that I couldn’t visit the store. Instead of apologizing or offering a solution, the representative was extremely rude and dismissive.
Why should I have to go to a shopping mall and deal with the hassle of explaining this to security staff? It’s not only inconvenient but also embarrassing to face potential misunderstandings. This kind of negligence and poor service from Zara is unacceptable. I demand a solution and proper customer care immediately.
