I purchased a Tommy Hilfiger TH1710426 watch from the Saat & Saat website for ₺4,851, and it was delivered to me on June 19, 2026. When I opened the package, I immediately noticed a clear defect in the watch's date display. In addition, I was unable to adjust the time or date because the crown is defective and comes completely out of the watch when I try to use it.

Since the watch was delivered to me in a defective and faulty condition, I request that the watch associated with order number SS1000607458 be replaced with a brand-new, fully functional unit. I do not accept any repair for a product that arrived defective from the beginning and expect a direct one-for-one replacement.
