Can't Access My Tango Account After Losing Email Address

I had a problem accessing my Tango account and I am requesting support for the recovery of my account. I was previously logging into my Tango account with an old e‑mail address, but I have lost access to this e‑mail and therefore I can no longer log in to my account in any way. Since 20.09.2025, I have not been able to access my account at all and I cannot log in by any method. Because of this, I am completely disconnected from my account and the contacts and content in it. I previously contacted Tango support about this issue, but I did not receive any response. I request that my account be recovered and that I be given access again, and if necessary, that my account be transferred to a new e‑mail address after identity verification.
