Tommy Hilfiger Shoes Fell Apart After 4.5 Months

I purchased a pair of Tommy Hilfiger shoes from the official Tommy Hilfiger online store in February 2026. After only about 4.5 months of normal use, the soles of both shoes began to crack and fall apart. I wore them only for everyday city use and did not wear them exclusively every day. Under these normal conditions, the soles should not have deteriorated this quickly, and I believe this level of wear is inconsistent with the quality standards of the brand.
I sent the shoes in for inspection, but I was informed that there was no manufacturing defect and that the damage was considered user-related. My claim was denied, and the shoes were returned to me without any repair or replacement. Given that both the left and right soles have developed the same obvious defect, I believe the product should be treated as defective rather than attributed to normal use or user error.
My order number is 986503. I am requesting either a full refund or a replacement of the shoes. If this matter is not resolved, I have filed, or will file, a claim with the Consumer Arbitration Committee to pursue my legal rights.
