Tommy Hilfiger Polo Shirts Came Apart at the Same Seam

On June 3, 2025, I purchased three Tommy Hilfiger polo shirts from the Tommy Hilfiger store in Afyon. After using them, I noticed that two of the shirts came apart at the exact same spot, while the third shirt has not developed any issues.
Despite this experience, I purchased two more Tommy Hilfiger polo shirts from the Söke store on May 19, 2026. The following day, May 20, 2026, I explained my previous experience and concerns to an employee at the Söke store. The employee told me that a batch of polo shirts sold the previous year had been manufactured in India and that the company had experienced significant quality problems with that production run. According to the employee, many customers had received replacements or refunds because of defects in that batch. Based on this information, I decided to reopen my complaint regarding the two defective polo shirts I had originally purchased in Afyon.
The fact that only two out of three shirts, purchased at the same time and used under the same conditions, developed the exact same defect—and that a Tommy Hilfiger employee acknowledged there had been quality issues with a specific production batch—strongly suggests that this is a product defect rather than normal wear. I therefore request a replacement for the two defective polo shirts. I also ask Tommy Hilfiger to review the previous inspection records and production batch information so that my case can be fairly reconsidered and my issue properly resolved.
