Zara Refund Stalled - Item Not Found in Inventory
Placed an order on Zara's online store on January 10, 2024, and sent back a portion of the order through a courier service. Unfortunately, the refund for one item is not yet complete. Even after contacting on WhatsApp on February 6 and getting an unclear email reply on February 9, the refund for the missing amount has not been processed yet. On February 26, I reviewed my credit card statement and then contacted them on WhatsApp. They informed me that the item had not been processed in their inventory, so no refund was issued. This has happened before; there was a previous incident where they didn't recognize a missing item until I pushed for it. There are issues with the process, which results in customers having to take on the responsibility and cost for their errors.
