Under Armour Charged Surge Shoes Fail Under Everyday Daily Wear
I purchased my Under Armour Charged Surge model athletic shoes from Boyner last spring. The product tore at the sole before it was even a year old, despite the fact that I only used it for everyday wear.
I used the shoes in my normal daily life, without any heavy sports use, demanding work conditions, or excessive wear. Having the sole tear in such a short time has left me seriously disappointed in the product's quality and durability. I still have the invoice/receipt and the necessary documents, and I don't think it's acceptable to experience an issue like this while the product is still within its warranty period.
I consider the product to be defective, and I am requesting that Under Armour and Boyner replace my shoes with a new pair, free of charge.
