Zara Leather Jacket Peeling Issues

Hello, I bought the product from Vadi Istanbul branch last winter. I have used it about 4 times. I have not used it since the summer season has started. I like the product very much and I have used all leather jackets from Zara. I have not had any problems with them so far. But the current Leather jacket I have has peeled on the sleeves and also on the zipper areas in the pockets. Since there is no chemical contact with the product, it is absolutely not right to have such peeling because I want to make a complaint about the product. I also complained to the store on other pages. When I went there, I was informed that since there was no invoice information and the procedure had exceeded the deadline, no transaction could be examined, there would be no exchange, and there would be no refund. Return is not important to me. I request that the product be examined directly. Once the product is examined, there may be an exchange or a repair. I request that the product be completely repaired.
