I Face Kerastase Hair Damage After Buying Nutritive And Resistance Products

On July 30, I purchased Kerastase Nutritive Night Serum and a Kerastase Resistance mask through the Sachane website. After the very first use, both products made my hair noticeably harder and caused a serious negative change in its texture. I had never experienced this kind of problem with my hair before.

I had previously purchased the same products from Sephora and used them without any issues. In fact, they had worked well for my hair. However, the products I purchased from Sachane immediately made my hair feel rough, damaged, and significantly different in texture after only one use.

Because of this issue, I contacted both Sachane and L’Oréal Turkey. However, they stated that there was absolutely no problem with the products and did not accept my complaint or provide any solution. As a customer, I was very disappointed that the negative effect on my hair and the concern I raised were completely dismissed.

I request that the products be properly investigated, that my complaint be taken seriously, and that a fair solution such as a refund or replacement be provided. I also expect the inconvenience and damage I experienced to be properly addressed.
