I Face Kerastase Resistance Hair Loss And No Visible Repair After Months Of Use

I have been using Kerastase Resistance Bain Thérapiste shampoo and the matching hair mask regularly for several months. My hair was moderately damaged and dry, and I specifically chose this line because of its advertised repairing benefits and premium price. I used the shampoo twice a week and applied the mask once a week.

The products only made my hair feel softer, but I did not see the repairing effect I expected. My hair still looks damaged, dull, and has not visibly improved. In addition, after finishing the first bottle and starting the second shampoo, I noticed a significant increase in hair shedding. In other words, I did not receive the repair or healthier-looking results I expected, and I also began experiencing increased hair loss. Considering both the price of the products and Kerastase’s brand reputation, I expected much better performance and was seriously disappointed.

I purchased the products online through the Sachane website. During my first purchase, I paid approximately $92–$96 in total for the shampoo and mask. When I contacted customer service about the problems I experienced, I was asked to provide a doctor’s report. However, my complaint is not only about hair shedding. I am also dissatisfied because the products did not provide the repairing and restorative results they were supposed to deliver. Despite explaining this, I was not offered any meaningful solution or assistance.

I would like to emphasize that I used the products regularly and according to the instructions. I can also provide photos or videos showing the period when my hair shedding increased. Considering the premium price I paid, I request either a satisfactory solution that takes my hair condition and the problems I experienced into account or, if possible, a customer-focused resolution such as a refund or product replacement.
