My Zara Leopard Quilted Jacket Is Shedding and Pilling After Short Use

I bought a Zara leopard print quilted jacket (product code 8110/488) and was initially happy with the style—but after a short period of wear, I started noticing major quality issues. The fabric began pilling, and the inner wool filling started coming out, forming little clumps on the outside of the jacket.

For the amount of ₺ I paid, this is absolutely unacceptable. A jacket from a global brand like Zara should not shed and lose shape this quickly. It clearly shows poor material quality and a lack of long-term durability.

Zara, I’m requesting a proper solution for this defective item. Whether it's a refund, exchange, or repair, I expect you to stand behind your product and resolve this issue promptly.
