I purchased a leather jacket from Zara on October 7, 2024, and was shocked to see it peeling and discoloring in such a short time. The peeling started at the bottom hem and neckline, with noticeable color changes in these areas. When I reported the issue to Zara, they refused to assist me, claiming they could not help because I had the sleeves altered.
This reasoning is absurd. The sleeves were too long for practical use, and I only made adjustments to wear the jacket comfortably. Had I known the material would deteriorate so quickly, I wouldn’t have gone through the trouble of altering it. I expected better durability and customer support from a brand like Zara.
I am deeply disappointed and demand a resolution, whether it’s a repair or a replacement. This experience has left me questioning the quality of Zara’s products.
