My Zara Jacket Faded and Developed Stains After Only a Few Wears Without Washing

I purchased a jacket from Zara and wore it only three or four times. Despite never washing it, the color has already faded significantly, and reddish stains have appeared all over the fabric.

Is this really the level of quality Zara promises? They sell products at prices well above the market average, yet the quality falls far below expectations. Shockingly, I have jackets from lesser-known brands that I have worn far more often without experiencing any similar issues.

This situation is extremely disappointing. I expect Zara to stand behind their products and offer a proper solution for customers who have clearly received faulty items. I am demanding either a replacement or a full refund for this poor-quality product.
