I’ve been a long-time member of YouGov and have never had any issues with their surveys or payments before. However, this time I received an invitation from YouGov to participate in an international meeting about artificial intelligence, with a promised payment of 2,500 TL for my participation. The meeting was scheduled for October 19th, from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
I attended the entire meeting and later completed the follow-up survey as requested, but I only received 600 points instead of the 2,500 TL that was promised. I spent my entire workday in this event, yet no payment has been made.
I’ve emailed YouGov twice about this issue, but I haven’t received any response. There is no direct contact number or representative I can reach, which is disappointing — I’ve always trusted this company. Please resolve this issue. I dedicated my full day to this meeting, and I expect YouGov to honor its commitment. I’m a working professional, and I believe effort deserves respect. Meeting photos are attached below. Thank you.
