YouGov Surveys Not Loading on Mobile App — Unable to Earn Final Points

I’ve been actively answering surveys on the YouGov app for about two months, and I was told that I need 1,500 points to redeem a ₺120 reward. I’m currently only 50 points away, but for several days now, I haven’t received any new surveys. The app keeps showing a message saying “No surveys available at the moment.”
My account is active, all my information is up to date, and there are no verification issues. I use the app on my mobile device and have never requested a payment before.
I’m requesting that new surveys be assigned to my account so I can complete my remaining points and receive my reward. I also ask that this issue be resolved promptly so I can continue using the platform without interruption.
