Can’t Log In to YouGov — Surveys and Rewards Not Loading for Months
For the past three months, I’ve been experiencing serious access problems with the YouGov platform. When I try to log in to my account, the homepage doesn’t load, and I can’t see my surveys or reward information. Even when I click links that should lead to the site, the page doesn’t open. I’ve tried multiple devices and browsers, but the issue remains the same.
I emailed YouGov customer support, but I haven’t received any response. Not being able to access my accumulated rewards or survey history has caused significant inconvenience.
I want the website to be updated and accessible at all times, and I should be able to log in to my account smoothly, view my surveys and rewards, and redeem them without issues.
