How to Fix YouGov Payment Not Showing in Bank After Withdrawal Request
On August 11, 2025, I requested a bank transfer withdrawal from my YouGov account registered under the email n*******@gmail.com** (User ID: a/v9s3hwDzK70tyg) to my Türkiye İş Bankası İzmir Private Banking Branch account. The withdrawal amount was ₺120, which was successfully deducted from my YouGov balance, and I received an email confirming that the transaction was being processed. However, despite the time that has passed, the payment has still not been deposited into my bank account.
I contacted YouGov support multiple times, but I received no clear resolution—only generic responses advising me to reach out to YouGov again. My account shows no warnings or missing information, and this is the first time I’ve ever had such a problem.
I request that my ₺120 reward payment be deposited into my bank account immediately or that my points be credited back to my YouGov account.
